Epe foaming sheet(pip, bar)production line is single grade extruding and foaming equipment with large L/D. It takes polyethylene resin with low density as raw material, injects shrinking proof agent and foaming agent with high pressure in extruding process, through screw plasticizing and mixing, extrudes from dies, cools and forms into foaming products.

The foaming products are widely used for fruits wine, glass vessel, instrument, ceramics and appliances package, case, shoe making, bicycle, motorcycle, car, furniture, construction material, seal for window, pipe of air conditioner etc. This production line has advanced structure, stable and reliable performance, high automatic degree and production.
